I drove up to Cincy to play D&D only to discover that 2 of the players cancelled last minute. 😆 So, we played a couple games of Ark Nova, got some Emerald Flame time in, and (finally) got Gaia Project on to the table. Sounds like I have some folks willing to play GP now. (photo taken round 1 of the game)

Nice. I'll give it a look. I admit that Agricola is the only Uwe Rosenberg game that I play with any regularity. While I have played several others, I haven't found any like Agricola that I continue to come back to again and again.

I have been bouncing between a couple board game groups, and one seems more open to games like Gaia Project and Le Havre. I love my main gaming group, but they definitely gravitate towards a certain set of games...Agricola and Ark Nova are definitely higher up there. Terraforming Mars actually gets less play there.

Got it! The group of four I often play with originally came together to play Pandemic Legacy. We like to play trick-taking games occasionally too, but one of us really hates trick-taking games. So, we play it when that guy is sick.🤣
