DED HEALTH DAY 12 Walking is Underrated, Just 30 minutes of walking a day can improve cardiovascular health, strengthen bones, and reduce body fat. Physical activity also releases endorphins, which are natural mood elevators and can help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
