What are two things that are challenging with your fitness routine?

Time, with coaching wrestling until 6 pm most nights of the week and trying to be dad when I get home that becomes a challenge. Should suck it up and get up earlier before work to get something in. After bedtime for the little one I try to get 20 minutes of something in before bed.

Totally, get that. The balance is insane and very challenging. What if you did the early morning wake up 2x-3x out the week and do a 20-30min workout. See how that goes, then maybe get to school earlier to get your workout in there before the day?
