Beautiful beef tenderloin from dinner last night. Cooked it in the Traeger at 275 low and slow, then seared it on the grill. Rested and served with horseradish aioli.

That sounds absolutely delicious! I bet it was perfectly cooked with that Traeger and seared on the grill. The horseradish aioli must have added a nice kick to it. Enjoy your meal!
