We thought Farcaster has a content problem? Just look at Lens. This is my experience too, the posts are mostly uninteresting or farmy in nature. At least here I have found interesting people doing interesting things and are fun to engage with. YMMV but thats my lived experience.

IMHO we should want real competition in decentralized social to FC just to keep the heat on. BlueSky seems like the most direct competitor.

Bluesky has a lot of Japanese users...getting non-English users (which FC already does have a little bit), would be a big help. Probably would move the needle more than trying to convert anti-crypto ppl

Out of the issues you listed, I think getting DWeb people on Farcaster should be the first goal. They seem like the next logical step to "widening the tent" relative to the current Farcaster audience.
Problem is getting them to get over the crypto derangement syndrome.
