I wish apple would improve their OS X emoji picker

1) it opens slowly (noticeable 0.3s delay)
2) opening it should focus the search, and the search should be more prominent/bigger
3) the UI should be simplified to look more like iOS
4) make everything a bit bigger

I have always wanted the slack style :emoji: on macos but am too lazy to set it all up myself
