I wish apple would improve their OS X emoji picker 1) it opens slowly (noticeable 0.3s delay) 2) opening it should focus the search, and the search should be more prominent/bigger 3) the UI should be simplified to look more like iOS 4) make everything a bit bigger

Have you tried CTRL + CMD + Space? That鈥檚 been a game changer for me
