Popular channels get a lot of spam and manual moderation is hard to scale and decentralize. 

Proposal: 

- Hosts can turn on a fee in settings
- Users must pay 100 warps before they can post
- If banned, user must pay the fee again before posting
- Fees go to hosts

If you are a channel lead, would you use this?

not sure if Id use it. depends how much it would hurt channel growth. I think itd hurt it a lot and not be worth it

would be more of a fan of it going to the channel rather than the host tbh.

so the channel would have a wallet that the host controls. they can use it for bounties etc
