Someone build: AFID is like FID but is assigned to users algorithmically and in order, based on when they first become a Farcaster active user. Something like first time casted in 4 consecutive weeks = AFID All this fid signalling by people who only came here when it was consensus is stupid. Make AFID the signal

Not a bad idea, but would this be linked to the FC active requirements? For example I’ve been active for a long time but lost it due to less than 400 followers 😅

Why even have this it all? For FC to grow it must be possible also for late-joiners to accumulate social capital. Early social networks still have more social capital to distribute, that's the reward for being early when network effects are still low.

There’s no perfect solution. Lots of bots here from early days too who are active. If we insist on a status game, follower graph is probably the best answer
