We think this is the simplest way for open frames to provide an ethereum equivalent to Blinks. 

We explored a native way for ethereum signers to sign frame actions, but it's fairly complex to do well, and we think something simpler will adopt faster.

Seems good. Signing every frame action with an Ethereum signer would suck. Clean separation of encoding format/context/auth scheme is a good idea.

Could you explain how the proposed open frames improvement simplifies the process of providing an Ethereum equivalent to Blinks, compared to the complexity of native Ethereum signer actions?
