Looking for feedback on an open frames improvement proposal for unauthenticated frames! 

We think this is the simplest way for open frames to provide an ethereum equivalent to Blinks. 

We explored a native way for ethereum signers to sign frame actions, but it's fairly complex to do well, and we think something simpler will adopt faster.
