I really appreciate ambition. I think it's important for some people to be ambitious since it is often a prerequisite to doing something great. But there is this weird perversion with ambition that portrays it as some kind of moral good. It's not -- if anything, it's totally orthogonal.

An ingredient which can be perceived throughout, but one that should never be made the main focus of the dish. Otherwise becoming unbearably distasteful for everyone.
