Highly recommend taking a caffeine fast (7+ days off caffeine) every once in a while It will re-regulate your adenosine systems. Adenosine is under-discussed, but it’s basically the relaxation neurotransmitter Caffeine withdrawals are a bitch, but it’s worth the reduced anxiety, muscular tension, and improved sleep

I can't drink caffeine anymore, I love coffee and wish I could but it makes me feel so anxious, but I guess I don't need it anymore, as I've healed and changed my lifestyle. I usually have the energy I need to do what I want and need most days and if I don't I just rest! So at least I can say I no longer need caffeine but I do miss it ☺️
