Reverse hyperextension is the best thing you can do to heal and strengthen against possible deadlift injuries. Wishing for a swift recovery 🤞

Thanks man! Surely I need to do more stretching/mobility and back strengthening exercises. 🙏

I didn't lift much but yeah I guess my form sucked that day. I was using deadlift as a means to strengthen my back but yeah going forward should be very careful or just ignore it.

Just don't rush back into them and if you decide adding them back in to your routine, start really light and build slowly. When I was 32 I had to stop doing them for months after an unrelated surgery. Having missed lifting weights I tried to start where I left off and that's when I got a herniated disc. Building back from that was a long and humbling process but I regained strength and got back to lifting what I used to and haven't felt the pain of that injury for years.

That's amazing you were able to get back to your previous self after all the struggle! Yes no rush will slowly add it to my routine and strengthen my back 🙏
