Coffeecasters — sometimes I get the jonesing for a cup instead of my usual bang energy. What do you recommend as the ultimate coffee/espresso maker (that doesn’t also require a PhD in coffeeology)?

Breville makes incredible stuff that's easy enough to use for beginners but pro enough to use for connoisseurs. 

The Touch Pro line in particular is becoming an industry standard for semi-pro coffee drinkers.

And has tons of bells & whistles for the price, including single-cup brewing for when you don't need a pot.
