Why is that? What has Tennessee been doing

Multiple crypto definitions on the books already (not just DAO recognition, which I penned and testified for) & just beginning.

Legislators, tradfi, businesspersons, & builders all aligned.

Delaware of DAOs. Already a business friendly state. Robust city in Nashville.

And more people than cows here, unlike Wyoming.
