The view of crypto as a scam (at worst) & high volatility investing (at best) is due in part to having to enter the space via financialized onboarding.

Make something people want to be a part of

Crypto is about ownership of all kinds, not just financial.

You own your reputation.
You own your identity.
You own relationships.
You own your voice.
You own your fandom.

These things are not financial assets, but can be owned. In other words, the things that web2 companies can take away from us are not financial.

Help me understand how you separate the idea of “financialized” from “crypto”.
