just signed a lease for a studio apartment in Williamsburg that starts in ~1 month

i’ll living by myself for the first time, in a building with a real gym & sauna, something i’ve been dreaming about since moving to nyc over 5 years ago

i’m coming out of my cage, doing just fine, etc.

btw this signals a new arc for my posting career

having a sanctuary where i can practice my craft undisturbed is critical to posting bangers on a consistent basis

my break from socials was solely to prioritize getting to such a sanctuary
