There are multiple that do not rely on coatings like teflon. I like Hexclad

what coating do they use (i read they used to have teflon, but switched to something like ceramics)? how long does it last for you?

Yeah ceramics. It does wear out over time but you can complain to them and get a replacement.

Pretty sure they contain the forever chemicals. All ceramic cookware does, afaik, and the hexclad pans do as well. Our Place has a pure metal option but it may not be much better than just using stainless steel cookware correctly.
