what data is returned to your app in this case?

ok I think it happens when a user doesn't have money to pay for gas. obv this should show a error message in the preview rather than letting user continue but can let them know as a workaround while we fix

it seems like the tx promise just never finishes? hard to debug because it's difficult to repro
