Question. If we ban them but then they fulfill the requirements to join (hypersub or NFT or another bot) are they able to join or will it refuse them membership because they’ve been banned?

the layer, someone that is banned cannot be invited 

if you want them to be a member you’ll have to unban first and then invite

So would there be a list of those "banned" for this case?

maybe a mid-term Kick from channel that is not a full on ban would be nice
