if the new money coming in is people chasing a quick buck and the primary redistribution is from these people to established players and professionals

making money is not the problem

if it’s being made because there’s production and value creation on its great

if it’s purely pvp speculation it’s a grift

some would agree but I'd call it a notable exception

making up a quick rationalization: it's not quite pvp since buying and holding it provides check against the abuses of out of control state spending in the form of a credible, it's first move advantage, size, technical attributes give it this ability that is nearly impossible to replicate
