no dependency afaik. @deodad can keep me honest this is just taking a cast link and slapping it into linear as far as i can tell, and saying via my signer that i was the one who sent it to linear

yea the frame server validates who you are with the hubs to authenticate you and know which workspace to create the issue in but other than just taking a cast link and slapping it into linear the signer is an optional feature that will post an update when the ticket is opened and closed
