what sort of concerns/issues are holding you back from taking the leap?

we want to take the leap. so it’s not that. it’s just making sure it’s “right” since buying a house isn’t something you do all the time lol

so like are we buying something we’re gonna get surprised screwed on later, how much % to put down etc

How old is the home? 

100 years? You've got lead. 
50 years? You've got Asbestos. 
20 years? You've got cardboard walls and shit quality. 

Looks at LOTS of places before you take the leap. Trust me. Just LEARN about home buying.
