i apologise in advance for this workout🥵 today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 10 minute HIIT blast 💥 structure: • 5 exercises • 3 rounds • work interval: 20 seconds per exercise • rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises • 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat press 2. burpees 3. plank shoulder taps 4. butt kicks 5. dumbbell drives take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high 🎶 DJ N9STYLES - Please Me X Titanium mix as always lmk if you have any questions!

For those of you who are too lazy to go to the gym, it would be better to do this at home because it is quite easy to do at home. Stays fit ppl Thanks for the guide 🫶
