I’ve always admired and aligned with @dcinvestor’s conviction on high quality art NFTs. I thought there were many of us but it feels like that list of believers is shorter and shorter with each green eth candle. Feels like this is where the patient believers win out in 2030.

He's my hero. Owe a lot of my NFT journey to him. And yes, it's ridiculously small. I would guess there are <50 people with both the capital and the conviction to hold until 2030. But I actually think the bulk of the appreciation (in terms or raw $, not %) happens beyond that.

Makes sense! Yeah hodling to 2030 is a meme to me in that my hope by then is I’ve made it enough to not even care what my early blockchain gen art and ai art is worth and I just hodl it for my grandkids.
