How do factor in things like chain or platform? Does that matter much in your collecting?

Yes, it matters. Mainly focus on ETH and reputable platforms. I don't rule out others, but it factors into how much I'd be willing to pay. 

The main reason is so you know the art and metadata will continue to be around for years.

It's an cool collection and I own a piece. It's unclear how exactly it was fully "end-to-end" ai generated. I think the ones minted in 2019 will likely have a premium (collection didn't mint out until 2020)
