One issue with nuclear is that no one wants the waste. Nevada will never let it be stored at Yucca Mountain.

Waste is stored onsite. It’s super space efficient. Yucca Mountain is a pork project. Should have never happened.

if a human used nuclear energy for all of their electricity needs in their entire lifetime the highly radioactive waste produced is about a soda can's worth
