imo, i fancy to build basic foundation for the practice to be able later aim a cool poses hehe ex: 10 rounds of sun salutations for a week is a good start of flow, with perfect linking of postures.

If you know the flow of those then add those into separate verses for a longer version. Make the song flow and be calming... Maybe something I could meditate to...
