I made the mistake of ordering a drip coffee at Starbucks this morning 

It has gotten *so* bad — tasted like hot dishwasher 

I don’t know how a business can get to the point where its first product and core offering in the past can degrade so much

Our family has gone away from them as the coffee oftentimes taste burnt...

Also, they only have minimal sugar free options when other local coffee shops have way better options.

Considering this in the homeland of Starbucks (WA State) it's quite upsetting.

We go to Dutch Bros and some others now. Cheaper and better.
