Some forms of proof of human would do. I like poap, gitcoin passport, circle ubi.
I think it could be solved using crypto economics over biometrics

KYC is privacy invasive though, unless it can be handled in a decentralised manner, which I'm an advocate of to manage problems with spam and/or incentive farming. You're talking about farcaster here specifically, though, right?
