higher lifting challenge ↑ day 2/10 complete ( rested yesterday ) calf raises 3 x 10 single leg box jumps 3 x 5 step ups onto high box 2 x 5 barbell complex 3 x 5 ( rdls, cleans, front squats ) single leg leg press 2 x 6 @receipts app or did it even happen?

oo i could make a whole separate post about this! i eat protein after workouts i stay hydrated 2L of water a day get enough sleep 8 plus hours have supplements like collagen, turmeric and cod liver oil use recovery tools like compression, massage guns and rollers and have epson salt baths when sore!!
