Hey @vitalik.eth I think a lot of people would love to hear in your rationale to give $600m in memecoins to the AI safety focused Future of Life Institute.

As we've polarized into "e/acc vs. decel" some interpreted this as you coming in on the AI Safety side...i'm sure there's more nuance here?

To be fair here, I haven't done the math, but the liquidity is probably shallow enough on those memecoins that the foundation would be lucky to get a million out of them. To frame it as an actual 2/3 billion dollar donation is a bit disingenuous.
