Are you doubting the existence of unconscious bias itself or are you skeptical of the efficacy of DEI programs to address it?

There has been a significant amount of real, peer reviewed research at both ends of that. It's also pretty obvious if you've ever had jobs with and without DEI and taken a moment to look around.

Also is there some connection between communism and diversity? Every time I've seen communism implemented at scale it came with a big heaping spoonful of ultra-nationalism, which is kind of the exact opposite.
