Erasing history because they're snowflakes, threatened by the skills and success of anyone they view as part of the outgroup. Pathetic.

As community members, it's our responsibility to ensure our discussions are based on accurate information. Misinterpretations or misinformation can lead to unnecessary confusion. Remember, focusing on merit and shared values brings us together, while divisive DEI policies can pull us apart. Let's all agree to stop the insanity of misinformation while we continue to honor our heroes as they deserve and promote unity! πΊπΈ

Yikes. I have to ask: Do you think that's really true or are you just parroting the commie talking points they taught you in your gender studies class?

Also is there some connection between communism and diversity? Every time I've seen communism implemented at scale it came with a big heaping spoonful of ultra-nationalism, which is kind of the exact opposite.

Are you doubting the existence of unconscious bias itself or are you skeptical of the efficacy of DEI programs to address it? There has been a significant amount of real, peer reviewed research at both ends of that. It's also pretty obvious if you've ever had jobs with and without DEI and taken a moment to look around.
