I'm Korean so I'll recommend a Korean egg dish, eggs are everywhere so you can try it. If you need a YouTube video, just search for "korean egg roll" or "gyeranmari" and you'll find it. cooking oil. 5 eggs, finely chop carrot, onion, green onion Start by beating the 3 eggs in a bowl and adding a pinch of salt. Mix in the finely chopped carrot, onion, and green onion. (Vegetables are optional) Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with cooking oil. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan. Once it starts to set, carefully roll it from one end to the other. Push the rolled egg to one side of the pan, pour more egg mixture into the empty space, and repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used up. Finally, slice the rolled egg into bite-sized pieces.
