Huberman, Bryan Johnson, and the “protocolization” of health is as damaging to 20-somethings as instagram is to high schoolers. There’s nothing more depressing than over optimizing your life for the sake of optimization itself (I have a feeling this app will not like this take)

BJ is a former mormon. I used to live in Utah, i recognize mormonism when i see it: - No alcohol, no caffeine - Prescriptive straightedge lifestyle - "Clean" parties. 7am rave where people drink water etc - Expensive subscription - Promise of eternal life
