i am 100% sure that permissionless, censorship resistant, public blockchains are a critical piece of the future. they'll be ubiquitous, boring, a feature of the universe, exciting not in themselves but for what's enabled. question is which ones are gopher and which ones are http?

keep it simple ship early, ship often go where people are having fun stay pragmatic trust is the north star. with this more than any other technology, the stack that wins will be the one that earns public trust and just like ip/tcp/http, it will belong to no one, and that's beautiful

Do you think multiple chains will fall into the http bucket or do you think it has to be one chain?

TCP/IP was boosted by Unix, then Linux HTTP was boosted by Mosaic, then Netscape Network effects and user experience matter. I like EVM and EOA because they facilitate the network effect. We're getting there with L2s/L3s, embedded wallets, meta txns, etc. still a long way to go. My mind is on the app layer.
