I just went there for the first time in a long while to sell a couch on FB Marketplace

Immediately hit with three low effort scam attempts. Looks like real peoples accounts, since taken over by bots

& news feed is a ghost town

Facebook desktop UI could not possibly be worse. One post per 1080px of vertical height. Anf that post is an ad from a group you joined 10 years ago. Amazing

I know people who still browse the FB feed daily - mostly videos fed by the algorithm. Can't understand the appeal...

i maintain a burner account just to use fb groups for user research lol
