Careful about โ€œheatinessโ€ though. Not sure if daily is too much but do drink a lot of water to balance it.

Know which one is your body composition (ไฝ“่ดจ) out of the 9 first, some people can't take it for long term as might caused inflammation inside the body...๐Ÿ™ I studied TCM and got certified but didn't practice, hope you can seek a TCM practitioner nearby to give you better advice. ๐Ÿซฐ
