Paragraph

The 3-person Paragraph team spent the last 11 days in Japan as part of a team offsite.

It was also the first time (in two years!) that the entire team met eachother.

It was very valuable getting in-person time together, and it was long overdue!

How often do you go on team offsites, and for how long?

After going on our first offsite I realized I've underrated how valuable they can be.

Quarterly early on. Doesn't always have to be off sites but seeing each other at conferences etc. 

When COVID hit we lost that rhythm and it took us a long time to realize how much we were missing from that.
