things that have worked for me: - sun in the eyes asap (windows do not count, get outside) - some sort of exercise within first 30 minutes of waking up - doesn't have to be strenuous - no blue light or screen time at night - i take this, helps a ton: https://www.livemomentous.com/products/huberman-sleep-stack
