Let me give you bullet points. - regular exercise - daily walks (set a step goal) - polyunsaturated fats (omega fats) - drink sufficient water - high protein diet (promotes feeling of satiety, similar to the effect of fatty food) - if you eat red meat, make sure it is as lean as possible (e.g. filet steak)
