Daily fitness tip: Natural caffeine from coffee only delays the feeling of tiredness, it does not actually wake you up. Instead of having a coffee right away when you wake up, have a meal first and only 90 mins or later after getting up, have a first cup! The placebo effect still works though.

Daily fitness tip: Fat loss depends on your total calories in vs total calories out. It does not matter what time you take in which food. It matters how much energy you take in and how much you burn again. There is no shortcut.
