Daily fitness tip: It’s the last few reps that count. If you do 10 reps but still have 5 in the tank, your set was pretty much useless. Push yourself closer to the limit!

Daily fitness tip: 45 minutes, 3 times a week. That’s not even 2.5 hours. With that amount of time you can make a massive difference. You don’t have to go all in. It’s important to start somewhere!

Daily nutrition tip: Savoury breakfast is better than sweet breakfast as it does not cause such intense glucose spikes. If you got a sweet tooth, try to have a glass of water with 2tsp of apple cider vinegar to limit the spikes. Muscles also limit glucose spikes.

Daily fitness tip: Don’t skip breakfast. Your body needs to replenish its storages in the morning and it helps kickstart your metabolism. Not having breakfast leads to decreased performance, slower metabolism and often overeating later in the day.
