Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

I’ve been doing PPL for years. Tried pretty much everything else, this is by far the one that works best for me. The big advantage is that you can pretty much always work out. Even if you’re sore, you are using different muscle groups, so there’s no interference.
