Decided I want to be more active in this channel. Over the last 19 weeks 1) I’ve eaten the same thing everyday (easiest way to track macros) 2) work out everyday (mainly strength training) 3) at least 10k steps per day All bc I joined a group chat called crypto skinnies with some friends

Makes me think less so I can focus on more important things like shipping so personally enjoy it but I’m sure at some point I’ll need to move off this
