During prop 15 everyone chatted in the same discord channel. Nouns is more decentralized now. Not providing context in the proposal is a waste of gas IMO.

As a new member at the time I put hours of consideration into that proposal and it was an expression of my deepest most optimistic view of credible neutrality in onchain governance. Discord was not a factor. 

To this day onchain campaigning gives me ick but I do respect your view
