mozilla's new brand identity just dropped under the theme of "reclaiming the internet" with a new flag/t-rex logo i always liked the last wordmark with the :// in moz://a but i guess that was too nerdy? this new branding is leaning into ascii art and other early internet elements soooo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ what do u think? https://www.itsnicethat.com/articles/jkr-mozilla-rebrand-graphic-design-project-240924

I really liked the :// branding. Not sure how I feel about the dino so far. Its like it can’t seem to decide whether it wants to be pixel art or not.

yeah the pixel artist part of me can't get over how the dino doesn't use the eye pixel as the common unit for the other measurements of it. ie. the neck line is wider than the eye, the two tops of the m are smaller than 2 eyes, etc etc. it's in a weird place between pixel and ascii
