Can't seem to find the tool to generate the `accountAssociation` details for `.well-known/farcaster.json`.

The Manifest Tool on the web Developer Tools helps generate the accountAssociation. The legacy verify domain on mobile dev tools also generates it https://warpcast.com/~/developers/mini-apps/manifest
