What are good use cases for Bountycaster on sending direct casts via an API? Some ideas:

- DC users (opt in) notifications about new bounties with specific criteria (e.g. category, price range)

- DC bounty poster if their bounty amount is significantly below standard price range (e.g. dev, design bounties)

Would be huge to create newsletters: I'm a designer, I subscribe to bountycaster's newsletter and I get in DC all new design bounties.
Not even that hard to implement!
